| Rick
Warren, author of the best-selling Purpose
Driven Series, calls himself "Rupert
Murdoch's Pastor". Time Magazine calls
him the "Leading Christian in the
USA". Rick Warren, a protegee of New
Age Industrialist Peter Drucker and
Propserity Preacher Robert Shuller, also
likes to speak in front of the Council on
Foreign Relations and the United Nations
about his "Global Peace Plan". The
CRC has reported before on this Global Peace
Plan.
In the same time, hundreds of thousands
churches all over the world
"transform" themselves into
Purpose Driven Churches in order to be part
of this Plan. What happens when a church
goes into the "Purpose Driven
Format"? In order to expose that, Dr.
Noah W. Hutchings wrote a book called "The
Dark Side Of The Purpose Driven Church".
In an interview with Radio Liberty's Dr.
Stan, he speaks openly about these
"Church Transitions". The CRC
reports.
It's
not a coincidence, that the Latin word
"Industria" means "Purpose
Driven". One could say, that Rick
Warren's Christianity is literally an
Industrial Christianity. In his paradigm,
the Pastor is no longer a Pastor, but a CEO.
The Church is a company, Christianity a
"product" and bascially there are
two kinds of people: the
"churched" and the "unchurched".
"Evangelizing" becomes a
recruiting of new members for the Purpose
Driven Churches. Welcome to the Christian
Industrial Complex!
Obviously, this has nothing to do with
true Christianity at all. You don't become a
true Christian by becomming a member of a
Purpose Driven Church. A "Pastor"
isn't the CEO of a company and Christianity
is not a product. But in the Purpose Driven
Church, it is. And so, churches have to be
transformed.
The CRC has reported about the Eight
Step Program by Church Transitions Dot Com
before, and Noah Hutchings also refers to
it. The program is very reveraling as it
shows clearly how the members of the church
have to be kept in the dark until the
"leaders" have been convinced. The
sixth step is also kind of revealing, as it
says: "Deal With The Opposition".
Noah Hutchings witnessed how the church
he attended, a Baptist Church in Oklahoma
(USA), was transformed into a Purpose Driven
Church. Before the 8 step program was
implemented, the church was well-visited
with about 5000 people attending the
services every sunday. After it became a
Purpose Driven Church, almost half of the
members left and the church went into
financial debt.
The message which was preached from the
pullpit also changed. There was no longer a
preaching from the Bible, and the
"sermons" has subjects like the
Ninja Turtles and other television programs.
These programs were used like parables in
order to "preach the Gospel",
basically a message like "love your
cat, be good to your dog". Nothing to
do with true Christianity and the essential
message of the Gospel.
